Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. The $300 payment for the National Exam Review is non-refundable. You may reschedule for the next National Exam Review at no additional charge if there is availability. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please note that the $300 payment for the National Exam Review is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule for the next National Exam Review at no additional charge, subject to availability. For all other services, a 72-hour notice is required for cancellations, and a $150 cancellation fee will be applied. Services can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If a client fails to show up and does not make contact, no refund will be issued.
